In today's language that means "designer dog" with a designer price tag. I won the puppy lottery, and own a house, 2 pet people and a cat. I am a great fan of Cesar Milan (the dog whisperer) and I put into practice everything he teaches about being the pack leader. There's no question who's in charge of this house.
